Colon hydrotherapy (colonic irrigation) involves the safe, gentle infusion of warm filtered water into the colon via the rectum.

We offer 3 different forms of body sculpting at Mount Wellness.
HIEMS, Fat Cavitation and RF Skin Tightening.
HIEMS stands for High Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation. HIEMS contracts the muscles in specific locations using electromagnetic stimulation. Magnetic fields generate electrical currents which are then transferred to the muscles, where they contract often enough to develop muscle and burn fat.
Final results can can be as dramatic as looking to be the equivalent of 6months worth of dieting and workouts. Results are typically noticeable 4 weeks after your treatment plan or about 6 weeks after your first session.
The contractions generated are involuntary and occur at are rate of 20,000 every 30minutes, which is the equivalent of 20,000 crunches or squats in half an hour!

Fat Cavitation is a non-invasive/non-surgical form of body shaping. It is a treatment designed to remove centimetres from stubborn fat areas.
Fat Cavitation uses ultra-sound to break down underlying subcutaneous fat. The broken-down fat cell is then transformed into material easily eliminated by your lymphatic system.
Fat cavitation works best on a person who is within a healthy BMI. It is not a weight-loss treatment as such, it is a treatment that safe and effective at removing stubborn pockets of fat.

Some after care is required with having a fat cavitation treatment.
You must be well hydrated, make sure you have had at least 2 litres of water pre-session.
You must do at least 30mins of cardio exercise immediately after a treatment. This will stimulate your lymphatic system to help eliminate the broken-down fat cells.
